Just ordered these for me to eat at work and the smell on these are amazing including the taste 😁. I got the Chipotle chicken tacos & the shrimp tacos so I had four tacos with the freshly squeezed lemonade ( could’ve been a little sweeter) … More

Epic taqueria. Absolutely delicious food. Had steak taco, chipotle quesadilla, guacamole n chips and agua de Jamaica. Taco was perfectly spicy. Guac was so creamy. All of it was damn delicious. The owner Christian is a down to earth cool dude.

Food was yummy. Portions were good.
They have an online menu but it is not updated. I suggesting adding at least 2 dollars on top of their current online menu on the website. More

Decent tacos and friendly staff. Definitely will be coming to try out their burritos and casadillas because they look quite appetizing. It would be great if they served Modelo Especial, because it just pairs nicely with awesome Mexican food … More

The shrimp tacos and guacamole were amazing!!! The corn tortillas taste really good and don’t get soggy like other places usually do. My friend is gluten free so they try a lot of corn tortillas and they said these are the best!

Great! Burritos were not enormous but definitely reasonable. Great for the price. Very flavorful, especially the carnitas. The quesadilla was gorgeous. Was trying to choose between this place and el jefe's - went here and was definitely not disappointed. They're the same price by the way - both around $10 for a burrito. More

It's mostly a takeaway joint on the Tremont Street across the Emerson college. You need to look for it, or else you may really miss the place.
They have a large menu at a reasonable pricebthat invludes burritos, sandwiches, pizza, drinks, bowls. I was fasting and hence needed a vegetarian option, which was on their offering.
They do have a small seating area( around 20 odd people). However, it's convenient to take away.
We ordered the bean bowl and the shrimp bowl. The quantity was filling, the shrimps were large in size, and the taste was edible. If you want a little more spice, then you can ask them for the spicy sauce ..its yum !!
It's well priced for the quantity and quality of food.

Hole-in-the-wall taqueria with solid burritos and birria tacos.
There’s not much to add about this place. Solid Mexican food at reasonable prices. With El Jefe just around the corner, I don’t find myself going to Maria’s as often as I did two years ago. Still, it’s a great spot for a quick birria fix. I usually go for the birria burrito or tacos, and both have been consistently good.

The unassuming taco place is usually the best place. The tacos were authentic to Mexico in its simplicity and tastiness. Refried beans on point. Steak tender and amazing. Hot salsa flavorful. I cried with joy because it’s so hard to find a legit taco place in Boston that reminds me of growing up in California. No fancy toppings, just straight up delicious food that speaks for itself.

food was good but the place smells rank, like moth balls, and floors/surfaces are sticky. planned on dining in but decided to eat outside in the 90⁰ heat instead...that should tell you a lot. adding a star for the food but this would otherwise be a one. i wouldn't have eaten the food if i hadn't pre-ordered a mealpal. The staff were kind, pleasant, and patient as we thought about our order. They were very accommodating, also. The interior is small and has five sets of tables, three of which were for four people. There was no air conditioning, so on hot days, it may feel stuffy. The food was tasty. More

This place is worth it weight in gold. I had chipotle chicken tacos. The chicken was flavoursome and was balanced with the sour cream and the freshness of freshly cut tomatoes. I can't wait to return to Boston and have these tacos again.
